Refund & Returns Policy And Warranty
Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be clean and in the same condition that you received it. It must also have the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Mattress Overlays
- Pillows
- Mattress/Pillow Protectors
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please, do not send your purchase back just to any store, you will need to send it back to the store that handled your delivery and paperwork.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. The refund will be paid via EFT to the bank details provoded by you. Refund turnaround times will vary from bank to bank. Once processed and payment is made this can take up to 3 working days.

What is a Mattress Warranty?
A mattress warranty works much like a guarantee in the fact that the same conditions apply (proper mattress care). However, once the guarantee period is over, the client has to start paying a scaled levy fee in accordance with the age of the mattress when the replacement of the mattress or parts is deemed necessary.
For example, if you’ve had a mattress for 5 years, and its warranty is for 20 years, the price for repairing your mattress would be calculated with that in mind. Suppose the mattress sells for R10 000 today. The service charge you’d have to pay for the repair of your mattress would be calculated as follows:
5/10 x R10 000 = R2500
