Delivery Policy

Please make arrangements with staff for convenient delivery times. Also ensure that there is someone available to receive the delivery at your elected address.

If you would like us to remove your old bed or mattress, please arrange this with our sales staff.

You may also elect to collect from one of our stores.

Standard delivery is for the Western Cape only. Deliveries outside of the Western Cape will be quoted on and added to your total order value. Incomplete or incorrect addresses inserted into the delivery information, which results in an incorrect or null amount delivery charge, will be charged correctly once the order is received.

Our deliveries are done from Monday to Saturday during business hours.

Should you require a special delivery time, or urgent delivery, please call us on 082 96 73 723 and we will do our best to accommodate. It is our policy that we call every customer before delivery.

All deliveries in the general Cape Town area are done within 1 – 3 working days if the product is in stock. If you are outside the general Cape Town area, you will need to contact us on 082 96 73 723 for a delivery date and time. Deliveries take between 5 – 9 working days if the current stock is sold out. Every effort is made to dispatch your order timeously. We will notify you if we are unable to deliver goods during the notified period. Special order items like Extra-length, some Three-quarter, and king-size beds may take between 7 and 10 working days.

Beds 4 u is not responsible for any loss or damage after we have delivered the product purchased by you, to the nominated physical address.

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. You may also select the Local Pick-up options if you would like to collect at the nearest store.
